These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iCraftStories, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.iCraftStories.com (the "Website").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website. We may update or change these Terms from time to time at our discretion. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

The original content, features, and functionality of iCraftStories are and will remain the exclusive property of iCraftStories and its licensors. By using iCraftStories, you agree not to:

We reserve the right to change the subscription fee at any time but will provide adequate notice of any such changes. Please refer to the Refund and Cancellation policy for more information on this section.

12. Modification of Terms and Services

iCraftStories reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will make a new copy of the Terms available at the Website. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately for new users of our Website and will become effective thirty (30) days after posting notice of such changes on the Website for existing users. If you do not agree to any change(s) after receiving a notice of such change(s), you shall stop using the Website. Otherwise, your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of such change(s).

13. Termination and Account Cancellation

iCraftStories reserves the right to terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Website. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Website is provided “as is.” iCraftStories and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Neither iCraftStories nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that the Website will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

15. Limitation of Liability

In no event will iCraftStories, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. iCraftStories shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCraftStories, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

17. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

a. Respect for Intellectual Property: iCraftStories respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We have a policy of removing User-Generated Content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights.

You further acknowledge and agree that iCraftStories shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
