REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refunds and Cancellation Policy applies to the use of the iCraftStories website, operated by P2M Solutions LLC, and the services available on it. The policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel their subscriptions and request refunds.

Subscription Cancellation

  1. Cancellation by User:
    • Subscribers may cancel their $4.99 monthly subscription at any time.
    • The cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and the account will revert to the free version of iCraftStories.
    • To cancel, users should navigate to their account settings on the iCraftStories website and follow the cancellation procedure.
  2. Automatic Renewal:
    • The $4.99 subscription fee is automatically renewed each month unless the user cancels the subscription before the renewal date.

Refunds

  1. General Policy:
    • All payments made to iCraftStories for the $4.99 monthly subscription service are non-refundable.
    • No Refunds for Mid-cycle Cancellation: If a user cancels their subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, no refund will be provided for the remaining days of that cycle.
    • Refunds or credits will not be provided for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account.
  2. Exceptional Circumstances:
    • At our discretion, a refund may be issued in exceptional circumstances. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and typically involve unforeseen situations or extenuating circumstances.
  3. Trial Periods:
    • If a free trial period was offered and the user cancels before the trial period ends, no charge will be made.
    • If the user does not cancel before the end of the trial period, the first month's subscription fee of $4.99 USD will be charged, and normal cancellation terms apply.

Changes to Services

  1. Modifications to Subscriptions:

    • iCraftStories reserves the right to modify subscription plans, including the $4.99 monthly fee, and pricing. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
    • If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

Governing Law
